It only took about a minute to attach the last of the beads and then I could make up the frame. I used double sided tape to attach the aida to the front frame and then added some wadding.
The backing was then secured, again using double sided tape.
I then attached the stand, so I have a freestanding picture.
The whole point of doing these little kits was to build up a stash of completed cards and pictures I could use to send to people. D's first reaction to seeing this was to say "you're not giving this one away!" Maybe with the redecoration, I can keep him happy and find a little space for this one live.
