Sample Stitching

This are the collection of sample squares that I stitched for Janet Perry (http://www.nuts-about-needlepoint.com/) for her book due to be publsihed at the end of the month.

I did cross stitch and needlepoint versions of the Mariano and Benecia patterns.

I will use these samples for cards so I will give the details on the individual square as I use them.

It was a real pleasure to stitch these. We were given a pattern but no stitch or colour details, so it was enjoyable to experiement with different stitches.

Love the different textures & colours of these pieces. They'll make quality cards. :0)
