Arizona Cactus

I was hoping to get two blocks done before the start of the grand prix yesterday, but just as I finished the first block I had visitors.  One block was all I had time for
The best bit of Sunday was playing midwife to my little baby.  At her request, I was with her the whole time as she presented us with four healthy kittens.  This is proud mum this morning. There are still four kittens, two are hiding under her paw.
It was a fantastic experience and wouldn't have missed it for the world.  Thing is, they are such a time waster, lol.  I'm not sure how much will be getting done round here for the next few weeks.

Oh Jane, I envy you. It is such a joy to have kittens! (although they can be tiring too)

Love the pretty pink block.

And congrats on the successful delivery!

Four? You will be busy in a bit. I'm sure mom is all tired out today, but looks like she did a great job.

Well that scuppers any activity in your house that doesn't involve kittens for the foreseeable future.

They are adorable. Congratulations to you and proud Mummy cat.

Love your block....great colors! We had a calico cat years ago and she had 2 litters of kitties every summer (she was an outdoor cat) The kids and I wasted a lot of time just sitting and watching them!

Your block looks so pretty.

Ooh, kittens, I love them. Have fun with them. I helped one of our cats deliver her kitties and it is definitely something to see. Have a great day...Linda
