..became Friday Night Knit In for me. By tea time, I had got to the neck shaping on the front of this top and just had to continue until it was finished.
I finished sewing up the seams about half nine, so not a bad day's work. and sewing was involved.
This is knit using Sirdar Luxury Soft Cotton. This was OK once you got going with the knitting, but it splits very easily. I wouldn't recommend this for someone new to knitting, it would get very frustrating. Saying that, I do like the finished result and would probably use it again.

Oh look at you go! I am NOT a knitter and am absolutely amazed anytime I see anything knitted; how on earth do you do anything other than a straight line of "knitting"? I don't think I want to learn...{{that's where you have me beat! You can knit AND quilt!!!!}}
It looks great! Love that color! :0)
It looks good and all in one day!
What a cute top! I love the color -- perfect for summer :)
So cute and it's finished too. You rock, girl! I love the color.
Where is the pattern from? I like the look of the top, sleeveless and scooped neck, just what I'm looking for.
Flash finisher. great knitting.

I love yellow. Gosh, you're such a fast knitter.
Jane, thank you for visiting this morning. Just wanted to tell you I have corrected the C.T. links now. Sorry about that. Must have been super tired or something. Even my one was wrong as were most in fact. BUT you can visit each other now. Thanks again.
