I did it again! All the pieces were laid out on the table correctly. I picked up the pieces and checked I was joining them in the right place, but somehow, between getting from the table to the sewing machine and back, the pieces had moved!
It wasn't until after I put everything away, that I noticed the one piece that was the wrong way. I am thinking of naming the quilt -Spot the Difference! The difference being, what you see and what it should be! Oh well, there is always tomorrow.

I see the difference! Do I win a prize? LOL Your corners are getting better and this block is less wonky so your skills are improving and that's all that matters! Well done! :0)
Oh gosh! Again, had you really not pointed it out, I hadn't seen anything wrong with it.
As always----soooo glad to see you pluggin' away on the BOM :0)
I couldn't see anything wrong either, and even now I'm not sure which bit is not in the right spot. Is it the light coloured triangle? It looks so complicated, I know I would mess it up for sure! I've got problems deciding what I'll do next, but I am positive it won't be a quilt, LOL!
I can't see anything wrong at all, you shouldn't have said anything!
I don't know this pattern and can't see it....that is good, most of us wouldn't notice! Great job, anyway!
I think I saw something since you mentioned it. Still lovely.
Me again, out enjoying your blog posts......This time I paid attention to your blog title. I believe this block is the Follow the Leader block ;0)
Took me a while to find it. Great idea for a new puzzle. Anyway, it looks just fine.
This is how new blocks are made or discovered. A happy mistake turns into a new creation! I love the colors!
