Friday Night Sew In

Another month has passed and it is once again time for Friday Night Sew In.  I got myself properly prepared, poured a glass of wine and chose my project.

I decided embroidery was the best option.  It was a relaxing way to end the day, especially as it had been a long one.  Waking up at four in the morning means that the brain won't do anything too complicated in the evening.

The chosen project was May's flower of the month block. It's not finished yet, but there is not much more left to do.
Thank you everyone for your company.  I really look forward to the Friday Night Sew In

Friday night was work for me but I enjoyed seeing what you have done. A lovely piece.

I'm off to my Saturday spin in, so I know what you mean. I love your homage to May.

Great looking block. I don't think I could stay alert enough to do that after drinking wine, but it didn't seem to bother you!

I'm sure there was a good reason for 4am. The stitching is lovely . Is it for a particular project/
I didn't manage to stay awake so no post from me this time.
Happy Stitching Terry
