Skill Builder Sampler-Week 4

This week's block was pinwheels, and I am so pleased that my piecing of pinwheel blocks is so much better than it used to be.

I had wanted to do this with the colours reversed, but didn't have enough of the green, so, as this was the colour combination I wanted, I made do.

It was an interesting exercise in seeing how colours affect the look of the block.

It looks good. I like the contrast between the dark and light fabric. Feels good to see yourself improving, doesn't it?

I have never done pinwheels but Terry did and I love them. Good job.

Your pinwheels look great and the color combination is good too. Pinwheels are not my favorite things to do but I like the look of them when they are together..

Looks lovely, Jane! But I agree with the comment you left on my blog about making them. I won't be doing too many more, lol!
