UFO Challenge-May

I had a little time before we had to go out yesterday morning, so I attached the binding to the quilt and pinned it over for hand sewing the back.  I was able to make a start before leaving, but I packed it up and took it with me.

While the boys had their athletics session, I managed to get most of the binding sewn.  There was about six inches to finish when I got home.
Fortunately, it didn't take too long to do after dinner.  I did do another line of quilting around the centre of the quilt, which I think looks better.

That's another quilt off the list, and all being well, I might get June's done before the end of the month, but I'm not promising anything.  The knitting bug has caught hold.

Well done! You can't possibly have many more UFOs to finish! LOL

Yeah...great finish. Yes, I like the additional line of quilting around the center, too. Plans for it?

Good on you for another finish! I sometimes think UFOs ocassionally have a spontaneous attack of mytosis. That is the only explanation for why we all seem to have them.

I can't remember the last time you had the knitting bug. You knit beautifully, so I can't wait to see what you have to show!

binding a quilt is just as strenuous as athletics in my opinion so you were in the right place!!

Applying the finishing rule
Finishing 1 project entitles you to start 2 more. Maybe that's why I have U.F.O.'s

I need to sign my two up for a load of classes...maybe then I'll get something finished!

Can't wait to see what you knit. The little teddies you sent us are firm favourites and stand up to an inordinate amount of bashing and throwing about.
