I've used a couple more of my crumb blocks and have made a needle case.
This one is for holding packets of needles, in this case, my sewing machine needles. Now I don't have to go scrabbling in the bottom of bags to find the needles.
I think if I was to do this again, I would put pockets on both sides. Next, I think, I will use some of these crumb blocks to make a cover for my sewing machine.

I like both needle cases. And admire your use of "left overs"
A cover for the sewing machine sounds like a good idea. Enjoy
it's lovely to have special needlework accessories. If it was me I would lose them for certain!! I am soooo disorganised!
What a cracking idea. I'm always losing packs of needles. Oh, who am I kidding....I'm always losing everything. ;-)
That's a great idea. I like the free-form quilting too.
Great idea, I need to be more organised with my needles.
I like the pocket idea. I could keep all my needles in 1 place.
Great idea! I can never seem to find my sewing machine needles when I need them! LOL
My sewing machine needles are in the cardboard box that came with the machine 50 years ago (I keep stuff for a long time). But your needlecases are such a good idea to keep any packets of needles in.
I'm beginning to accumulate some more scraps since I used the last lot to make crumb blocks, so now that I have seen what you've done, I'll keep it in mind to make some more.
Crumbs? I'd say first pickings...the patterns and colors are so pretty!
LOVE IT!!! What a great idea, I am always having to search for my packets of needles. What a wonderful idea!!!

What a cute needlecase!
I expect by now, at the speed you work!! that you have ten sewing machine covers!!
Lovely needle case. Crumb blocks are so much fun to use and to make. Impossible to get bored when each block is unique.
