Table Topper

Being home has it's advantages, it means I get to use the sewing machine again. That's twice in a matter of days and the result is another finished item.
This crumb block runner was waiting for a backing, quilting and binding.
The binding was fabric that I already had, but I had to buy backing.

That's two items finished, but there are still thirteen left in my pile.  They are all waiting for borders, backing, or bindings, or even all three.  I should be able to get one more done this week as I now have stocked up on the white fabric I needed.  The others might just have to wait a little longer, but it is progress, even if a little slow.

Love the colors in that one. You really have mastered the binding process now!

Progress is good. The purple (one of my favorite colors!) sewed up beautifully! Love your work.

Well done on another finish! Only 13 more and you'll be all caught up and you won't know what to do with yourself! LOL

Doesn't look like slow progress to me. Love the colours.

Great finish! It is such a buzz to finish off UFOs, isn't it! I love the crumb chaos top; do you remember seeing on my blog the blocks I made? I sent them to New Zealand to be made into a quilt for earthquake victims, and Jean (the lady who is organising the quilts) did a lovely job. Next time I do Crumb blocks, I'll be selfish and keep them!

I do love your definition of "slow progress". The word "hardly" comes to mind! It does feel good to work through the pile, and this is lovely, as always.

How funny that we have both just finished a purple crumb UFO. I'm on a bit binge of borders, backings and bindings myself. Such a good feeling to keep crossing projects off the list.
