Well, this tells the story of my learning to crochet journey, but at least they join together, of a sort, and will keep warm some winter evening in the future.
At the moment, this is one quarter of the total afghan. I already have about two thirds of the blocks needed for the next section, so hopefully, it won't be too long to see more progress.

Love the color. They look very good together and will help keep you warm. You may want to block it when it is all finished. That will help it lap smoother if that is what you want. Crocheting does not always lay smooth. I know that from doing it myself.
It's just beautiful! One of these days, I'm going to seriously sit down with a crochet hook.

I really like that lovely colours - tried crochet a couple of times but not got the hang of it yet!
