This was a lovely surprise to receive this postcard so quickly from Pauline in Australia. It is stunning, a real delight.
I had been hoping to get my other postcard completed, but I made marmalade instead. I started at 8.15am and finished at 2.00pm! It may just have been worth it, as DS2 says it's "OK", which is an improvement. Neither of the boys have liked marmalade in the past, but I'm not sure I will be making it again. Jam is much simpler.

Pretty! :0)
That's a lovely one. Your collection must be getting pretty large by now.
Very, very pretty!
Marmalade is definitely time-consuming! And one time when I made it, it wouldn't gel; it turned out to be very good sauce on ice cream, but not so useful for bread...
marmalade aswel as stitching! What a domestic godess!
That is a pretty postcard. Homemade Marmalade sounds wonderful!!

Beautiful Valentine you received! And glad that marmalade was good!
Very pretty. I have never made marmalade..You are a lady of many talents...I'm going to try that sometime. I love jam and preserves..
Really pretty. Did you have to peel lots of oranges? That always puts me off marmalade making.
What a fab piece to receive. :0) I leave the preserve making to my MIL who is a dab hand at it - she used to take pity on us & give us the occasional jar of jam or marmalade but now DH & I can't have it. :0(
