I managed to put together another BOM, but this is the last of January's blocks. I haven't had the courage to do February's yet, but I will do one of them. Despite the running backwards and forwards, and the checking, I still managed to piece on part incorrectly, but I got there in the end.
Hopefully, with more practice, this whole process should get quicker. I would love to be able to get a quilt top put together in a day like so many people I see. With a bit of patience, I'll get there, and I must say thank you for all the hints and encouragement I've been getting. They are all appreciated

Congrats on getting a block done it looks great.
Another pretty block. You're getting quite good at this. I suspect your speed will improve also as you do more and more.
Well done! It looks lovely! Keep up the good work! :0)
Your block is wonderful. You are doing a super job on this. For your first quilt you are doing really super. The colors are nice as well.
The block looks lovely. I shouldn't worry about getting a whole top done in a day. Far better to take longer and enjoy the process.
I can see an amazing progression in your work. Well done!
I really shouldn't linger long here...I may be compelled to buy a sewing machine.
Good job. It looks great. I agree with Maggi about taking time and enjoying the process...hugs, Linda
Your block looks great. Not many people can actually make a whole quilt in a day. Most of us just plug away at it bit by bit.
That looks great! Quilting is definitely on my life list -- it's so lovely, and the results are so useful and beautiful at the same time. Meanwhile, I'll live vicariously through you :)
Yeah yeah :0)
LOVELY looking block....
enjoy your time piecing....
anything can be made one little stitch at a time :0)
Excellent work! I'm doing patchwork myself (no where near as good as yours) but as it is a surprise for a daughter at Easter, can't reveal yet.
I think you did a fantastic job with this block!
Another lovely block. :0)
