Ballerina Style Bootees

Another one of those projects that took two attempts to get right.  As soon as this was off the hook, I knew it just wasn't the right shape, so I had another go.
This was the second attempt and look a lot better.
Last week, I found a couple of pretty buttons to attach the ribbon to the back.  Overall, I'm quite pleased with the end result.
It's also time for  a TUSAL update, actually, a couple of days late.  As I've sewn up a couple of jumpers this month, the jar has got quite full.  I think I am going to see how tightly packed the jar can become.
All being well, there should be another jumper to sew up in the next week or sew, and now my sewing table has been cleared, there may be some sewing going on here very soon.  I discovered a couple of projects that need to be finished.

The booties are so cute! They look so girly with the button and ribbon added. Did you make up your own pattern. Very cute indeed.

Cute booties and the color is great. Those buttons will look great on them.

Tusal jar is getting full and it will be very interesting to see what you do with that.
