A finish

The trouble with stitching for exchanges is, you keep busy and have nothing to show for your hard work for several weeks. You'll just have to take my word for it that progress has been made. I can show you the jacket and bootees that I have finished. We just need one of the pregnant mum's I know, to have a boy.
I am hoping that there will be some other finishes this weekend that I can share. I have some more catnip pouches to make. All the ones I did last week have gone, and I need to make some little hanging pictures. I have to try and fit it in with a visit to the RSPCA.
They are having an open day and the boys want to go. They don't believe me when I say we aren't coming home with anything. I think they can still remember when we went out for the day and came home with two hens!

What lovely baby things. They are fantastic. The last time I went to an RSPCA centre we came back with three male rabbits followed by 3 female bunnies which I then had to pair with males...ended up costing us a fortune. 3x hutches adn runs (min 25 square feet each lol).
Was worth it though ;-)

It's funny how blogging makes you think about how to finish something to show, isn't it.

But that is some beautiful knitting you've done.

I am not surprised the boys don't believe you.

I love what you have knitted but I am not allowed any more hobbies. I haven't even been stitching this week because my MS has decided to pay me a huge visit and Jemima Puddleduck has returned. I liked her when she was a character in the books but I can't say I'm that fond of being her. My db's nickname for me when I walk like a duck! Love Patti xxx

Ooh, they're beautiful! And speaking as the mum of two girls, I'm betting someone with a girl baby would love them, too :)
