Friendship and honeysuckle

Can you believe I didn't stitch or knit for a whole day! Monday, the boys had a woodland session and I spent the two hours catching up with one of the mum's. By the time we got home, I felt too tired, physically and mentally, to do anything. The evening was spent having a cuddle on the settee with DS2.

I did make up for it yesterday. This is the Lizzie Kate design I started stitching at the weekend. This came to a grinding halt as I have to get yet more DMC stranded cotton. At the moment, it doesn't seem to matter how many I have, I don't have the one's I need.

At least it will be a quick finish once I get the threads, I just have to do the last flower and the pot.

Once that project had come to a standstill, the honeysuckle cushion came back out for a little airing. One flower head is now complete. It looks as if this one may take some time to complete as I am doing it between stitching for other commitments.
The hooded baby jacket is coming along nicely. The back and fronts are complete and I have one sleeve done, with the second started. I am hoping to get to the hood tonight.

No one is more surprised than me, but someone has bought one of the cards I made and two of the catnip pouches are on their way to the US. I am amazed and now I am going to be making some more on Saturday, I'll just have to keep Tugger away from them.
