Once the stitching was completed, I hand stitched the cross stitch to some fabric. This was then used to cover a note book.
So the inside covers were neat and tidy, I glued in some felt.
Here is the finished book. I am happy to say, as my partner enjoys cooking, it was very appropriate. It was also nice for me to be able to use my stitching in a different way.
I have finally begun to work on my biscornus. I at last remembered to bring the patterns back from the library and I have got one side complete. Progress at last.
When I got home today, I received a lovely pin keep from Gaynor. I will show you all tomorrow. I am off to sew on some buttons and hopefully to complete a baby hood.
