With the next lot of my purple scraps, I used the block from Challenge No 2 from the Small Quilt Talk Yahoo Group. I am finding working the smaller blocks a challenge, they are less forgiving than larger blocks, but I am sure, with practise it will get easier.
I've got to the stage where it's all sandwiched together and ready for quilting. I didn't feel like quilting it at the time, so worked on making some purple crumb blocks. These are still a work in progress. Hopefully, I can get back to it later in the week.

Looks great! I love the colours, that purple is gorgeous.
That is gorgeous!
Very pretty! I think you're doing great with the smaller blocks! :0)
Ditto to the other comments - lovely colours, neat work! Why do I waste so much time listing all the projects I want to do? There are many things I am learning from you Jane, but the most important lesson for me is to just get stuck into DOING things, and not just dreaming about them!
Purple is such a happy color to me. This block is beautiful.
What wonderful colors! It says spring in the best possible way :)
