Just Keep Stitching, Just Keep Stitching

It seems, that no matter how quickly, or how long I stitch, I'm not getting any closer to the end.  It was a bit of a surprise to look and see what had changed since my last post.  Maybe progress has been made after all.
The piece that you saw damp stretching on the previous post has been added
Hexagons have had names stitched on, then appliqued to the background.  Some web stitches were added.  The piece was joined with a row of rouleau loops, so I'm just over half way across the bottom.

The last two days have been spent stitching words to what will be a pocket front,  they will be damp stretched today ready for adding tomorrow.  If I have my measurement right, I will have two more pieces to stitch, one small square, and then the final corner.  Guess what I'll be doing for the next two days

Plenty of progress and it's looking lovelier with each post.

I bet you're looking forward to working with something besides white once this one is done! :0)

It is beautiful, really beautiful! I have no doubt that the reality is even better than the pictures are showing, because it is hard to make pictures of whitework.
