One More Week To Go

I have been stitching like crazy over the last few days, I really want to get this cloth finished this week, but I need to get busy and get enough pieces stitched and joined to get the cloth to the finished size.
I did get the top left corner filled, so now to concentrate on the bottom of the cloth.  I need to get pieces to go right across the bottom.
Before that, I did want to have a try at the next lesson, which was to make these "funky puffs", or fabric beads.   These took up most of my stitching time at the weekend.  The circles were drawn out, the stitching added, and then they were damp stretched.
The circles were then cut out, and all these puffs were made.  I love seeing the different effects that can be achieved and shall look forward to adding them to the finished cloth.
Another section was finished, and hopefully, this will go onto the main cloth today.  This piece will finish the bottom left of the cloth, and the next section is already in progress.  I don't think it will be ready for finishing when the instructions come out tomorrow, but all being well, it will be by the end of the week.

  3. You could make those little balls into a garland and hang them on your Christmas tree! I think you'll need to make a lot more though! LOL
