When I eventually sat down, I did do some more stitching on the pin keep, but there is still some way to go, and some threads to buy.
The evening did seem a little more productive. I finished knitting and sewed up the little baby cardigan. I just need to get some buttons.
As most of the day will be spent travelling, it is going to be mainly a reading day. Hopefully I can start another little cardigan tonight.
Next time if you want your visitors to arrive "don't clean the house". Visitors only come when the house is untidy.
ReplyDeleteAt least the house is clean.
ReplyDeleteThe cardigan is so nice. Love that color.
Oh how annying...I would have put em off or just asked them to accept the ouse as it was..with perhaps just seating room made lol
ReplyDeleteI didnt get anything done yesterday becuase we went up North shopping for food. I cannot believe how cheap it is up there (and in the Uk) compared to here.
even so, would have rather been stitching lol
Well that's a pain-but it is clean. Now you can put your feet up and stitch away.
ReplyDeleteI love the sweater.
